Domestic landlords and owners can still take advantage of the HEEPS loan scheme.
A Home Energy Loan report comprises of two sections – an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) and an Occupancy Assessment.
In Scotland, domestic landlords and owners can take advantage of the HEEPS loan scheme which currently offers a 0% loan to pay for the install of the following measures:
- LPG and oil boilers, warm air units and electric storage heaters
- Solid wall insulation
- Flat roof or room in roof insulation
- Loft, cavity and underfloor insulation
- Double glazing, secondary glazing and insulated doors
- £5,000
- £10,000
- £4,000
- £1,000
- £4,500
